 You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, a basic timeline, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin. 

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts.  This also depends on the use of your system, if it is frequently used it needs to be serviced more often 

 You can help your system beat the heat or cold by making sure all doors and curtains are shut, but also making sure the unit is on before the peak/low temperatures. meaning if the weather report is stating high temperature the following day set a timer for the system to turn on early in the morning to stay ahead of the heat.
